Order Your Contacts
In Order to re-order your contact lenses on-line you must have:
a VALID contact lens prescription through our office (if you have questions about this, please call our office before placing the reorder request)
AND
a signed CL reorder agreement on file.
We can not reorder prescriptions from other offices without a valid prescription and signed reorder agreement on file.
